These terms apply whenever you use EatMenuGuide (https://eatmenuguide.com), a restaurant directory run by EatMenuGuide (“we”, “us”). If you keep using the site, you are agreeing to them; if you disagree, please stop using it.
About the service
EatMenuGuide only provides information. We do not take reservations, deliver meals or handle payments.
Accuracy of listings
Names, addresses, opening hours, menus, photos and ratings come from public sources and from owners. We share them in good faith but cannot promise they are complete or current. Please check hours, prices and other important details with the restaurant itself. We are not liable for errors in listings, or for any dealings between you and a restaurant.
Restaurant owners and things you send us
Claiming or correcting a listing is free, and placement in the directory cannot be bought. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit and for having permission to share it. When you send us photos, text or corrections, you allow us to display and edit them on the site without charge. Please do not submit false claims, defamatory or infringing material, or spam. You must be 18 or the age of majority where you live to claim a listing.
Ads on the site
Third parties, including Google, may show advertisements here. They are separate from the listings and do not affect their order or content. We do not endorse, and are not responsible for, anything that is advertised. For how cookies are used, see the Privacy Policy.
Rules of use
Do not try to reach systems or data you are not allowed to, disrupt the site or other visitors, pretend to be someone else, use the site unlawfully, or click on or generate artificial traffic for ads. Copying the site’s content in bulk for commercial purposes needs our written approval.
Ownership
The site’s name, design, original writing and code belong to us or our licensors. Restaurant names and logos belong to the restaurants. Outside what the law allows, you may not reuse our content without permission.
Links to other sites
Listings may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for what those sites contain or how they operate.
No warranty; limit on liability
The site is offered “as is” and “as available”. We make no promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, nor about the quality, safety or legality of any restaurant. As far as the law permits, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including lost data, profit or goodwill, and our total liability for any claim is capped at USD $100.
Changes and ending access
We may revise these terms by posting an updated version and date here; continuing to use the site means you accept the change. We may also remove content or suspend access at any time.
Applicable law
The laws of the State of New York, United States govern these terms, regardless of conflict-of-law principles.
